THE COACH

BUILT BEHIND THE GAME.

Basketball opened the door. Helping people discover what they can do made training the purpose.

FROM COURT TO COACHING

THE WORK PEOPLE DO NOT ALWAYS SEE.

I got into training through basketball. Playing and coaching made me curious about the strength, conditioning, mobility, and preparation behind better performance.

My favorite player is Kevin Durant. What I respect is the competitive patience—the skill built rep by rep. That same long-view mindset shapes how I coach: keep it real, enjoy the work, and stay committed to getting better.

The moment I knew this was something I wanted to pursue was when I started seeing the impact training had on the athletes I coached. Watching someone get stronger, become more confident, improve their skills, and reach a level they didn’t think they could reach was really rewarding. That’s when I realized not only did I want to coach the game, I wanted to help people become better athletes and better versions of themselves through training.
